This Saturday my godson turned 16...I know! His mom surprised him with tickets to the Wizards vs. Pistons game here in DC and that required a face of course!

I noticed my nose was a little red today and opted to add a little bit of coverage. I also went with a little lighter on the lips as well.

Christmas Makeup Look

Like a lot of others I decided to play in makeup Christmas day and I must say I loved it! I only did my eyes and a very neutral lip since I wasn’t going anywhere (everyone came to our house). I filmed a tutorial for this look, but deleted it by accident..boo! The pictures aren’t the best (I’ve learned a lot about my camera and how to take better pictures this week!), but its what I have right now. Thanks for reading.

Red Hot…

I was cleaning up the pictures on my computer recently and came across a a picture of my first time wearing red lipstick…how fun! This was a while ago, but I still love the picture so much that I thought I’d share with you. I also plan to do a post on big, beautiful, lips and the range of lipsticks we can wear. When I was younger I had a HUGE complex about my lips and now LOVE them so much and want to share that love with other women that may have a complex. Now on the the picture!

First FOTD...

I went out this past weekend and was really feeling the lipstick so i decided to do a FOTD post. I'm still learning the bold lip look so my eyes were extremely neutral. i opted for gold on the lid as i thought it would stand out a little but also looked great paired with PINK! the lipstick is MAC's petals and peacocks that was released with Give Me Liberty of London collection.
